Any trip to Jackson Hole isn’t complete until you’ve had some good BBQ, and that means Bubbas! Located near downtown Jackson in the former Village Inn building and just across from its previous location, Bubbas serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Their breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced, with some surprise culinary delights such as Bubba’s Crostini: grilled rustic style bread, topped with prosciutto, smoked gouda cheese and two poached eggs, nicely finished with fresh arugula and balsamic drizzle.

Their lunch menu is what can be expected from a BBQ restaurant, but they don’t disappoint! Their brisket would make any Texan proud, as would their pulled pork. Ever since the Teton Steakhouse closed, Bubbas is now the place to go downtown if you are looking for a salad bar, which is full of delicious, fresh ingredients, and is available for lunch and dinner.
